OUR COMPLIMENTARY MORNING BREAKFAST SELECTIONS INCLUDE – BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO YOUR CHOICE OF THE FOLLOWING (subject to availability - to insure availability whenever possible, please advise us of your preferences at least 48 hours in advance of your stay – based on both parties dining on the same or similar entrees – should parties desire different category entrees add an additional $10):  We can also provide "Gluten Free", Vegatarian or Vegan entrees - we just need a little advance notice to make sure we have the proper (and fresh) ingredients available - if you have allergies please let us know and we will happily work with you!  **GET REAXED - add an optional  "Rock House Mimosa" , "Blood Mary" to Breadkfast for $5.00 or a Fresh Blended "All Natural" Smoothie (Bananna Strawberry, Mango Mania or Extreme Peach are just some of the available flavor) for $3.00

Fresh Four Berry Breakfast Parfaits (in Season)
This treat is as awesome to look at as it is to eat! Blueberries, Strawberries, Blackberries & Raspberries are separated with layers of fresh organic yogurt (mixed with fat free non-dairy whipped crème) and topped with organic granola served with your choice of fresh home baked muffins (blueberry cinnamon strudel or banana nut spice) or sourdough toast -- a smaller version of this can be added to any breakfast entree for an additional $5.00 per person.

Two scrambled eggs, turkey sausage or bacon, Rock House fried potatoes and toast or English muffin – a grilled breakfast steak can be substituted if preferred for an additional $10 **

Rock House Benedict
Eggs Benedict served with a twist – small grilled to perfection petite filet mignon (tenderloin steak) & soft scrambled eggs served over toasted English muffins topped with fresh hollandaise sauce and served with rosemary potatoes.  Vegetarian Version available with artichoke hearts.

French toast
Our infamous Sourdough French toast served with turkey sausage or Niman Farm Organic Chipolte Bacon (yes - the bacon really is "THAT GOOD")  and Rock House fried potatoes or fresh fruit.  Steve's favorite is what I call the "basic" we also have some "jazzed up" and "stuffed" varieties available if you are feeling adventuresome, just ask................


Rock House’s Fresh Veggie 4 Egg Omelet
Not only is it delicious – it is HUGE! Fresh Veggies (in season – sautéed tri colored peppers, mushrooms, onions, grape tomatoes and broccoli) and cheese (cheddar, asiago and parmesan) served with turkey sausage or bacon and Rock House’s red garlic fried potatoes.

Rock House Signature Pancakes
Your choice of either Traditional Buttermilk or Banana Walnut Pancakes served with sweet creamy butter & hot maple syrup, two scrambled eggs and your choice of either turnkey sausage or
gourmet Apple Smoked bacon.  Gluten Free Blueberry pancakes are also available.

Ham. Heirloom Tomato & Fontina Cheese Frittata
This is one of my personal favorites - not only do the flavors blend together wonderfully but the heirloom tomatoes make it such a "pretty creation" so I feel like an artist!  I use farm fresh free range eggs (Americana when available), ham steak, organic heirloom tomatoes, red onions or leeks and freshly grated fontina cheese -- it's simply wonderful!  Please try to give me adance notice on this as Heirloom Tomatoes are not always easy to find (I am in "the wilderness" you know.............)

Baked Asiago & Veggie Frittata
A Veggie Wonder! Eight Fluffy Farm Fresh Eggs - Full of tasty Asiago cheese, fresh chopped broccoli and whatever other healthy veggies I have on hand, green onions and organic turkey sausage (optional)  or Niman Farms bacon can be added if you desire – served with Rock House red fried potatoes and your choice of sourdough toast or English muffin - OR

Honey-Cured Ham & Brie Frittata
Ham, brie, sautéed apples, sage and leeks – served with Rock House fried potatoes and your choice of sourdough toast or English muffin (advance notice required for this one)

Red Pepper & Goat Cheese Frittata  
Features Red Bell Peppers, scallions and fresh crumbled Goat Cheese from The Ranch at Fossil Creek (Strawberry,AZ) - organic turkey sausage or Niman Farms bacon can be added to this if you like.....

In addition breakfast includes your choice of juice (orange, grapefruit, cranberry, grape or apple) and fresh ground coffee or tea.

**Breakfast Cooking Lesson Special At The Rock House** Learn to make a Frittata like a Professional Chef! Try your hand at a Lodge Brunch Frittata or a Cherry Tomato Frittata with corn, basil & goat cheese (yummmmmm) or we can mastermind a concoction that will become your own unique "masterpiece" to impress friends and guests with! Lesson price includes a beautiful speciality interlocking frittata pan (which can also be used for saute'ing, crepes, etc....approx. $100 retail value) plus an incredible Breakfast Cookbook from Crate and Barrel ($25 value) - and the best part is we get to eat it when it's done!! If you pass with "flying colors" and twist Maggie's arm a little we might even have to toast with a Mimosa or Bloody Mary (alcoholic or non, your choice) - Time permitting we may also try your hand at some scrumptious muffins!   Cost of lesson w/pan and cookbook is $145 (in conjunction with a stay at the Rock House) -- lesson with frittata pan only is $125 and the Frittata is yours to eat for lunch!  :)

Rock House Breakfast Skillet
An innovative twist to a simple rustic dish - “Comfort food elevated to the Gourmet Level!” A delectable combination Wood-Smoked Bacon, Herb Basted Red potatoes, Sauteed Spinach and Gouda Cheese topped with Poached egg (or Scrambled if you prefer) and Hollandaise sauce.    


Rock House Breakfast Tart (aka "The Chadwick") FOR TWO
Inspired by the hearty cuisine of Europe's alpine regions, our savory breakfast tart features nutty Gruye're cheese over a bed of creme fraiche, eggs (prepared the way you want), sliced red potatoes and gourmet  apple smoked bacon. This combination is sure to satisfy appetites invigorated by the Cool Rim Country mornings!  Breakfast Tart is HUGE and is made to serve two plus people...........

Ham & Egg Breakfast Tarts
Tasty little morsels served fresh from the Oven – featuring honey baked ham, grated Parmigiano-Reggaino cheese and an over-easy egg! Served with a helping of Rock House Herb Basted Red Potato wedges.

Asparagus with Poached Eggs & Hollandaise Sauce
In this variation on Eggs Benedict, we embellish the classic hollandaise sauce with fine herbs, a French blend that includes chives, parsley and chervil. Fresh Asparagus replaces the traditional Canadian Bacon, and Crusty Baguette slices replace the English muffins.

Rock House Award Winning Spinach Artichoke Dip
We promise this is will be some of the best you’ve ever tasted! Served in fresh baked warm Sourdough Boule with your choice of fresh delectible corn chips or and crusty bread slices.

Our modified version of Escargot and one of our most "asked for" appetizers by our repeat guests – using Shrimp instead of Snails – sautéed in a delectable Scampi Sauce and topped with a broiled Havarti cheese topping and served with extra crusty bread squares for dipping served with fresh from the oven home baked crusty asiago cheese bread!  DINNER OPTION: Add a second plate of "cargot" and a fabulous signature salad to make this an outstanding full dinner for an additional $25

Subject to availability we can also prepare this as traditional escargot............

Baked Brie En Croute
This Brie is a rare indulgence - Double cream French Brie wrapped inside a light flaky golden puff pastry paired with the delicate taste of roasted pine nuts and/or cranberries served with an assortment of gourmet crackers or freshly baked crusty bread

Rock House’s Awesome Five Star Pesto
Yet another of our Award Winning Recipes – this Pesto truly “Rocks” and it is guaranteed to please – served with slices of fresh baked & toasted garlic crusty bread and crackers.

Untraditional Cheese / Cracker Platter **Highly Recommended**
Our Cheese and Cracker tray is anything but “traditional” – nothing boring about it!  This is not your grandmother's cheese tray and definitely not for the faint of heart........

  If you appreciate the extraordinary flaor of poultry slow-smoked over flowing embers of genuine APPLEWOOD here's an idea for you --- Walk on "the wild" side and make this an incredible offering into a "dinner entree" to remember by adding either a succulent and flavorful -- "to die for" whole applewood smoked pheasant (add $60), whole applewood smoked duck (add $55) or whole applewood smoked chicken (add $55) -every bite moist and tender they are decadent!  Totally "knock your socks off" and take it "over the top" with a bottle of "Clicquot" Gold Label (Veuve Clicquot Ponsardin Champagne) for an additional $65 for a full bottle or $38.50 for a split.....followed by a bite of one of our complimentary belgium chocolate dipped strawberries.....this is definitely the stuff dreams are made of! And - If you "ask nicely" Chef Maggie might even add a couple of our heavenly bite size "cheese-cake pops" (subject to availability).

Lamb Cycles with Balsamic Redux Dipping Sauce
Fresh Grilled Lambsicles (Lollipop Miniature Bite sized Chops) herb crusted & drizzled with our exclusive balsamic finishing sauce.....delectable!  These are sooo good we won "The Taste of the Rim" competition with these -- one of our guest even left us a note that we had converted her to a "lamb lover" after trying these!  Appetizer size is 4 lambsicles.  NOTE: This appetizer is  a $15.00 upgrade --  DINNER OPTION:  for an additional $30 we will double the portion size to a full rack of lamb (8 lambsicles) and include either a fresh house salad or steamed rice.

Grilled Tenderloin Tails with Avocado-Tomatillo Salsa
Served hot off the grill! Sliced Prime Tenderloin tail served with a bowl of Rock House Avocado-Tomatillo sauce with a warm tortilla on the side.  DINNER OPTION - for an additional $30 we will increase the portion size and add grilled carmelized onions and tri-color peppers and a side of warm chips & salsa!  Absolutely delicious!  Add an optional Flash blended, "on the Rocks" or Frozen "Rock House Margarita" for $5.00

Wagyu Meatballs
Tasty Kobe Wagyu Beef Meatballs in a tangy sauce of chunky tomatoes and herbs add a slice of crusty bread for an out of this world meatball sandwich.  Appetizer size serving  for two is four 2 oz meatballs
LIGHT DINNER OPTION:  For an additional $20 we will add two fabulous Rock House specialty salads.

Twin Kobe/Wagyu Sliders
Good things often come in small packages, and that’s certainly true with our over the top tasty hamburger sliders made with 100% Allen Brother's Kobe/Wagyu beef. These special burgers are the ultimate in juiciness and big on flavor.  Twin Kobe burgers, Aged Cheddar Cheese, Bacon, 1000 island.

Our Hors d`oeuvres / Appetizers include your choice of Beverage (alcoholic or none) – please call for selection and/or to let us know your preference.

A classic favorite – the richest, creamiest cheesecake you’ll ever taste.  The perfect indulgence for everyone – if you prefer something on the “light side” we also serve “Cheese cake pops” which are a delectable little bite-size version – toppings subject to availability


The ultimate French dessert – Ours is a light, airy confection with a deep chocolate flavor - or we can always make you the chocolate tornado version with a hot fudge filling…..your choice, subject to availability.




Friday or Saturday night guests may (with prior arrangements or subject to availability) add a “Light Dinner” for two at an additional cost of $50-$75 – offerings include:
Rock House Specialty Salad (fresh garden greens tossed with roasted almonds, feta cheese crumbles, cranberry bites & white balsamic vinegar dressing) OR Fresh Homemade Soup – Your Choice of: Rock House Cream of Wild Mushroom, Corn Chowder or Broccoli Cheddar – served with fresh from the oven crusty bread.
Seared Chicken Breast with Merlot Honey Demi Glace` served with red garlic mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetable.
Lemon Sorbet with fresh Raspberry Puree (in season) or Cheese Cake slices with assortment of available toppings.
Dinner special served with a bottle of wine (or non-alcoholic beverage) of your choice.

All meals are served on one of the Riverside Decks (weather permitting) or in the Dining Room (at guest’s preference). Specialty meals to meet dietary restrictions are available – just ask, we strive to please.
