OUR COMPLIMENTARY MORNING BREAKFAST SELECTIONS INCLUDE – BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO YOUR CHOICE OF THE FOLLOWING (subject to availability - to insure availability whenever possible, please advise us of your preferences at least 48 hours in advance of your stay – based on both parties dining on the same or similar entrees – should parties desire different category entrees add an additional $10):

Fresh Four Berry Breakfast Parfaits (in Season)
This treat is as awesome to look at as it is to eat! Blueberries, Strawberries, Blackberries & Raspberries are separated with layers of fresh organic yogurt (mixed with fat free non-dairy whipped crème) and topped with organic granola served with your choice of fresh home baked muffins (blueberry cinnamon strudel or banana nut spice) or sourdough toast.

 



Traditional Ranch Hand Breakfast
Two scrambled eggs, turkey sausage or bacon, Rock House fried potatoes and toast or English muffin – a grilled breakfast steak can be substituted if preferred.



Rock House Benedict
Eggs Benedict served with a twist – small grilled to perfection tenderloin steak & soft scrambled eggs served over toasted English muffins topped with fresh hollandaise sauce and served with rosemary potatoes.


French toast
Our infamous Sourdough French toast served with turkey sausage or bacon and Rock House fried potatoes.



Rock House’s Fresh Veggie 4 Egg Omelet
Not only is it delicious – it is HUGE! Fresh Veggies (in season – sautéed tri colored peppers, mushrooms, onions, grape tomatoes and broccoli) and cheese (cheddar, asiago and parmesan) served with turkey sausage or bacon and Rock House’s red garlic fried potatoes.


Rock House Signature Pancakes
Your choice of either Traditional Buttermilk or Banana Walnut Pancakes served with sweet creamy butter & hot maple syrup, two scrambled eggs and your choice of either turnkey sausage or bacon.

Baked Asiago & Veggie Frittata
A Veggie Wonder! Eight Fluffy Farm Fresh Eggs - Full of tasty Asiago cheese, fresh chopped broccoli, green onions and turkey sausage – served with Rock House red fried potatoes and your choice of sourdough toast or English muffin - OR

Honey-Cured Ham & Brie Frittata
Ham, brie, sautéed apples, sage and leeks – served with Rock House fried potatoes and your choice of sourdough toast or English muffin.
In addition breakfast includes your choice of juice (orange, grapefruit, cranberry, grape or apple) and fresh brewed coffee or tea.

An innovative twist to a simple rustic dish - “Comfort food elevated to the Gourmet Level!” A delectable combination Wood-Smoked Bacon, Herb Basted Red potatoes, Sauteed Spinach and Gouda Cheese topped with Poached egg (or Scrambled if you prefer) and Hollandaise sauce.

 

Rock House Breakfast Tart
Inspired by the hearty cuisine of Europe's alpine regions, our savory breakfast tart features nutty Gruye're cheese and smoked bacon. This combination is sure to satisfy appetites invigorated by the Cool Rim Country mornings!

Ham & Egg Breakfast Tarts
Tasty little morsels served fresh from the Oven – featuring honey baked ham, grated Parmigiano-Reggaino cheese and an over-easy egg! Served with a helping of Rock House Herb Basted Red Potato wedges.

Asparagus with Poached Eggs & Hollandaise Sauce
In this variation on Eggs Benedict, we embellish the classic hollandaise sauce with fine herbs, a French blend that includes chives, parsley and chervil. Fresh Asparagus replaces the traditional Canadian Bacon, and Crusty Baguette slices replace the English muffins.

Our modified version of Escargot – using Shrimp instead of Snails – sautéed in a delectable Scampi Sauce and topped with a broiled Havarti cheese topping and served with extra crusty bread squares for dipping.



Baked Brie En Croute
This Brie is a rare indulgence - Double cream French Brie wrapped inside a light flaky golden puff pastry paired with the delicate taste of roasted pine nuts and served with an assortment of gourmet crackers.

(SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY OR “CHEF’S WHIM”)
Friday or Saturday night guests may (with prior arrangements or subject to availability) add a “Light Dinner” for two at an additional cost of $50-$75 – offerings include:
Rock House Specialty Salad (fresh garden greens tossed with roasted almonds, feta cheese crumbles, cranberry bites & white balsamic vinegar dressing) OR Fresh Homemade Soup – Your Choice of: Rock House Cream of Wild Mushroom, Corn Chowder or Broccoli Cheddar – served with fresh from the oven crusty bread.
Seared Chicken Breast with Merlot Honey Demi Glace` served with red garlic mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetable.
Lemon Sorbet with fresh Raspberry Puree (in season) or Cheese Cake slices with assortment of available toppings.
Dinner special served with a bottle of wine (or non-alcoholic beverage) of your choice.

All meals are served on one of the Riverside Decks (weather permitting) or in the Dining Room (at guest’s preference). Specialty meals to meet dietary restrictions are available – just ask, we strive to please.
