RATES: Our Rates Start from $199 - $235 (Single / Double Occupancy) and include Evening Appetizers with Beverages (alcoholic or non), snacks and a Full Gourmet Breakfast in the morning – We often run mid week and no host specials – be sure and check out of “Specials” page for details or call Maggie at either (928) 472-4304 or (602) 696-0213 for a immediate attention.

RESERVATION DEPOSIT: A deposit of 50% is required to confirm your reservation with the remaining balance due at check-in. All major credit cards and personal or travelers checks are accepted.

CHECK-IN / CHECK OUT: Our check-in time is 2:00-6:00 pm. Arrangements may be made for an earlier or later check-in if desired on an “as available” basis. Check-out time is 11:00 am – if a delayed or later check-out is desired we will try to accommodate on an “as available” basis.

CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY: Your deposit will be refunded or applied towards a future stay (at management’s discretion) if we are notified of your need to cancel (by telephone at 602-696-0213) at least seven (7) days prior to the date of your reserved arrival date (14 days for holiday reservations) and/or if we are able to re-book and fill the room(s) for the reserved date(s) – less a $20 credit card processing fee & travel agent commission (if applicable). PROVIDED FURTHER, because of our intimate & unique accommodations, and the fact that we only book one set of guests at a time – we are required to charge guests the full cost of your/their stay (plus the cost of any special services ordered) if they fail to arrive as reserved with no notice of intent to cancel.

CHILDREN / PET POLICY: The Rock House is a relaxing escape for adults with very limited accommodations for small children or infants. Sorry, we have limited facilities for pets. Smoking is permitted in designated outdoor areas only.
