Inspired by the autumn harvest, our bountiful menu celebrates both food and wine. All of the courses are matched with wines, which progress from white to red and light to more robust.
You will be welcomed with glasses of sparkling wine and dates stuffed with goat cheese. A warming onion soup, prepared with dry Riesling, is topped with Herbed croutons and melted Fontina cheese. Served with Pear, Endive and Walnut Salad. The Main Course features seared Duck Breast with a savory sauce of mushrooms and Pinot Noir, Potato & Apple Galette and Savory Cabbage Turnips. For Dessert, Orange Butter Cakes are perfectly complemented by Orange Muscat. As with any great wine-country menu, this one includes a Cheese Course.....or let us custom tailor something for your particular tastes!

Your stay includes the opportunity to learn “hands on” grilling techniques from a Professional Chef – perhaps try your hand with Elk Sirloin, Buffalo or Fresh Trout?? OR play it safe (and save your energy and talents for later in evening) and have “Chef” create one of his exclusive Regional Specialties -

White Mountain Apache Trout, baked in caramelized cornmeal & molasses crust
Aromat stuffed Game Hen, baked in clay crust, broken open table side

Pricing starts at $475 for a couple and includes Chef Prepared Dinner (from Entree List above) or Grilling Lessons and is “all inclusive” of Dinner/Beverages/Breakfast and a Weekend Night Stay (Friday or Saturday night) at The Rock House – add an additional Night's Stay at a discount ($195 for Weekend or $165 for Weekday) or an on-site massage (by licensed massage therapist) for $65 – invite a 2nd couple to join your experience for a discount rate!
